Booker T. Washington starts the National Negro Business League

On August 23, 1900, Booker T. Washington founded the National Negro Business League.

The National Negro League was renamed to the National Business League in 1966. Today, the National Business League has over 300+ chapters worldwide that offer memberships, resources and support to entrepreneurs and business owners.
