On October 24, 1952, Samuel Huston College and Tillotson College merged to form Huston-Tillotson University.
Huston-Tillotson University is a historically black university located in Austin, Texas. Today, Huston-Tillotson (HT) offers a wide-range of undergraduate programs to more than 1,000 students.
